Brief Of The Project

We were collaborating with a business school to create an app to help and bridge homeowners to find a reliable contractor and so in reverse, and It was called Quantocube, here's the brief of it :

Working on the Empathy Map and Problem Statement

Several aspects should be considered in making both an empathy map and a problem statement, First one we need to determine the Project Plan, The Challenge that we going to encounter, and the Target Audience. We also did contextual research to find a necessary feature to implement on the app and how to make the system work.

After concluding all of the aspects we could proceed with the user persona. By looking at the target audience we were making 3 user personas for 2 main audiences and 1 extended which are Homeowners, Contractors, and Real Estate Agents for the extended audience.

For the empathy map basically, we were replicating the actions and how all of this Target Audience thinks. After we get feedback from the client itself we could plan to go forward by concluding the necessary action to make the system more proper.
