• Final Task 

For the Final Task we need to make a comic approximately 1 page , a cover and for the last touch we're need to animate it to make it a motion comic. For the first thep of making this comic i need to decide the references first

For the theme i want to make it some type of killer series but not too gore because its pg 13 Here's the visual reference i searched on webtoon

 i searched for thriller genre and here's the result i've got

and here's my character reference but i change it to be more like a teenage boy well i only took the concept and change the rest of it

story 

Title: Paradox 

Theme : mystery and thriller 

Mc: zake 

Setup: Zake is a mercenaries, he work for his father who’s a owner of amytrx enterprise. Zake was unstoppable he was used by his father for eliminating his competitor. Zake was controlled by his father, He used as experimental subject since he was a child and provided with super strength and improved sneak ability to eliminate someone and the most interesting part is he can do a time travel with a gadget named timeregenerator that’s looks like a broken clock with a red stained glass floating infront of it. He always use it to do his task. His work is always clean and never left a trace he’s good at disguise and always blended with the time or era where he’s at

Conflict: So in year 2089 zake had enough of his father control and wanted to end his father life. But it’s hard because his father is hard to reach and full of guard. Soo at night when the guard check at his capsule he was prepared with a decoy. He took a body figure from a lab and placed his armor there so every guard thinks that he was asleep at his capsule. After successfully distracted the guards, he sneaks to the timeregenerator  and jump into the time when his father was still sane and killed him. But what he didn’t realise is he was haven’t born at that time and 

Resolution: Because he killed his father he was never exist but because he was never exist so his father exist and not die, because his father was alive so do zake, this was never ending circle and he can’t get out of it.

and after that i need to make a cover of it, soo the next stage is

This first cover is soo dull and not good in terms of composition and colour and everything so i decided to make a new one

For this one the problem is on composition and there's no foreground midground and background most of it just negative spaces

I want to make it more menacing so i did it like this, i add more dark element's on it and make  one light source to make it emphasises

First one i made the story board for the introduction pages . i sketch it using my drawing tablet. This story board i make it simple but the last 3 panel didn't explain the continuing lore so i hope it would make it interesting

Alright now its time to explain the storyboard the first panel is a flashback scene when my mc encounter his father ( the one who wear a crown) and his father was the one who ruined his life and in the 3rd panel it's showing that he was a experiment subject for the last 3 panel is in present day when my mc want's to turn back time and fix everything.

after i made the storyboard now it's the next step is digitising it with adobe illustrator

REFLECTION

i love this module because i literally don't have any experience in illustrating and handling ai, this module encourages me to get me out of my comfort zone end explore more the illustration side of design. This is such a hardwork for me to understand and catch up with the module but it's fun. At first when we're arranging the plot, i was excited to do it because it's involved my creativity, I hope i can work on illustrating and visual narative again in next semester and next course
